What We’re Looking For
 

As the Digital Marketing Intern at Fifth and Cor, you will be part of the Marketing Team and assist the team in conceptualizing and executing our customers social media content and digital marketing strategy. This is the perfect role for someone who loves social media, experiential retail, influencer marketing and wants to work hard to establish their career.


We are looking for someone incredibly motivated and organized with great attention to detail. You must be able to think creatively, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure.

What We Want You To Do
 

  • Create & Execute our customer's content calendar across all existing social media channels & manage postings.

  • Own community management by responding to comments & actively engaging with customers & influencers posts.

  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic & customer engagement metrics.

  • Work with internal teams to create the assets for their social media and marketing channels on-time & to the highest quality.

  • Research audience preferences & discover current trends.

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.

  • Report on online reviews & feedback from customers & fans.

  • Manage external content creation via influencers, photographers and brand ambassadors

  • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers including campaigns, promotions & contests

  • Create and execute marketing strategy from events, experiential retail, brand partnerships, guerrilla marketing to drive the greatest digital results.

 

What We Want to See
 

  • A passion for social media / PR / digital marketing/ influencer and brand ambassador.

  • Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills to juggle multiple responsibilities at once and consistently meet deadlines.

  • Excellent writing and copy-editing skills.

  • A positive, "no task is too small" attitude. Love to put yourself out there and try new things.

  • Comfortable looking at the data to measure program performance

  • Strong team spirit, collaborative work approach, and significant enthusiasm for brainstorming

  • Demonstrates winning customer service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy, and conflict resolution

  • Ability to identify problems head-on and propose sustainable solutions in a quick and efficient manner

  • Strong analytical approach for evaluating attribution funnel metrics and campaign performance

  • Excellent organizational & time management skills including high attention to detail and rigor

  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Demonstrates creativity documented immersion in social media

  • Has a working knowledge of the marketing ecosystem

  • Has a strong creative eye and ability to create and identify brand assets

  • Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side

  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.), and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
