As the Paid Media Specialist at Fifth & Cor, you will be part of the Marketing Team and handle the execution of multiple paid media accounts including a combination of but not limited to paid search, display advertising, paid social, Youtube, Google my Business, Amazon, etc. You will be responsible for executing strategies, managing budgets and bids, optimizing account configurations and targeting, and client reporting.

What We Want You To Do 

In this role, the Paid Media Specialist will own planning, strategy, execution, reporting, and analysis of paid social and search campaigns for a range of clients across industries. Please note, this role is entirely HANDS-ON.

 

  • Owning paid search and social campaigns for clients through all stages

  • Setting up campaign pre-launch specs: client pixels, keyword strategy, custom audiences, etc.

  • Handling day-to-day campaign activities: bid management, feeds management, automation set up, Performance monitoring, campaign restructures / segmentation, ad copy testing, etc.

  • Translating campaign initiatives into paid search and social strategies

  • Collaborating with creative, account and programmatic teams to develop ads and content

  • Ongoing partnership with our Digital Strategy lead with a strong hand in developing paid search and paid social strategies that are aligned with business goals

  • Proactively identify areas for opportunity and present recommendations for improvement

  • Manage the paid search and paid social budget to spend meet and CPA goals

  • Regular and ad-hoc performance analysis and deep dives

  • Partner with internal teams including Customer Insights, Retention, and eCommerce to align with and help drive improvements in many facets of the business

  • Own weekly channel reporting to key stakeholders, working collaboratively with the Manager and agency partners on insights

  • Work closely with key cross-functional partners (Product Management, Analytics, Brand Media, etc.) to ensure seamless deployment of paid search and paid social campaigns and effectively report results to all stakeholders

  • Own day-to-day management of paid search campaigns, ensuring execution matches the strategic vision

  • Be the paid search subject matter expert. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, beta launches, and platform changes

  • Has a strong creative eye and ability to create and identify brand assets

  • Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side

  • Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.), and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
