Remote Position 

This is a part-time hybrid position. MUST BE A RESIDENT OF FLORIDA and live in Orlando or South Florida. Must have a background and understanding of PR and Marketing.

 

We are seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic Community & Partnerships Coordinator who is driven by human relationships, passionate about growth, and full of creative ideas to help us ensure the development of our client roster and community presence.

 

What You Will Do

• Cultivate connections through organizations and groups focused on delivering new potential client introductions.

• Organize community events, meetings, and forums.

• Stay on top of relevant events and speaking opportunities within network.

• Foster positive relationships with key community stakeholders, including business owners and other industry thought leaders.

• Create and distribute communications materials to keep the community informed about the organization's activities and initiatives.

• Respond to inquiries and concerns from the community in a timely and effective manner.

• Represent the organization in a positive light to the public.

• Track and report on the success of community relations initiatives.

• Evaluate the impact of community engagement efforts and make recommendations for improvement.

 

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Previous working experience in client acquisition

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Understanding of the marketing landscape and stay in tune with industry updates

• Great copywriting skills

• Public Relations mindset

• Expertise in identifying opportunities, developing strategies and negotiating creative solutions

• Exemplary problem-solving, communication and presentation skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Networking aptitude

• Strong understanding of industry news

• Ability to adapt and pivot at a rapid pace

• Ability to work proactively and independently 

• Experience in project management tools
