What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to help drive the continued growth of our clients. The ideal candidate for this role should have a background in digital account management and proficiency managing performance of marketing campaigns. We are looking for a leader who will drive and inspire the team to ensure success at every stage of a customer’s journey by taking responsibility for all of their interactions with Fifth & Cor .
 
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will work with a diverse group of clients to drive a deep understanding of their business goals and engage them in a way that will ensure success. You will also work cross functionally to ensure that we are delivering the best solutions and strategies for our clients, giving them the knowledge, tools, and training they need to be successful. 
 
An exceptional Digital Marketing Manager will leverage interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to skillfully manage our current and future clients, and lead a successful team of digital marketing specialists. To succeed in this role, you must be resourceful, solution-oriented, think critically and maintain relentless focus on the client experience while driving partner success.

What We Want You To Do

• Listening and understanding our clients’ current and future requirements and working with our team to help prioritize these in a future state roadmap

• Engaging with executive leaders, stakeholders and customer ecosystem as a whole

• Identifying relevant new projects and growth opportunities by researching companies 

• Create new leads weekly for consistent practice growth

• Work with digital platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook groups to discover new potential customers for Fifth & Cor 

• Prioritize and create roadmap for required marketing materials 

• Acting as a main contact, an escalation point for our clients, while assisting a good working relationship with our marketing team

• Keeping up-to-date on the evolution of the customers' ecosystem, their industry and our competitive landscape

• Driving Fifth & Cor’s Client Satisfaction Program and ensuring that agreed KPIs are met

• Creating new internal training opportunities

What We Want to See

 

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university preferred 

• 2-4 years managing a team

• 3-5 years of experience in paid and organic media 

• Google AdWords Certification

• Knowledge of Adwords Display, Search, Bing, Yahoo, Social, Retargeting, Amazon, etc.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management

• Managing multiple accounts at one time. Agency experience preferred 

• Demonstrated strong performance in prior roles, with increasing levels of responsibilities

• Ability to be an advanced technical/discipline leader, and manage client communication without requiring involvement from a higher-up

• Must be able to analyze paid, organic, and analytics data and make specific recommendations supported by metrics

• Ability to manage a team to execute projects in a timely manner
