What We Want to See

• Excellent writing skills and command of language, grammar, and syntax

• Ability to write persuasive and compelling copy that meets marketing objectives and target audience needs

• Understanding of branding, messaging, and positioning

• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing techniques

• Creativity and ability to generate original ideas and concepts

• Strong research and analytical skills to gather information and data

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and collaborate with designers, marketers, and other professionals

• Flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple projects and deadlines

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Demonstrates winning customer service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution

• Ability to identify problems head on and propose sustainable solutions in a quick and efficient manner

 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Intern will write a high volume of weekly marketing content pieces with the potential for multiple revision rounds

• Intern will write daily push notifications and quickly implement feedback

• Intern will write clever, on-brand social media captions

• Intern must ensure consistent grammatical and factual accuracy, fairness, and good taste in our verbal communication

• Intern must be able to translate the marketing promotional calendar into powerful copy, in support of overall brand goals and marketing strategy

• Intern must uphold brand voice guidelines in all communications, and consistently deliver thoughtful and compelling copy that's true to our brand DNA

• Intern must have the ability to work with and meet hard deadlines and quick turnaround times
